Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing software applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Implement best practices for software development including coding standards testing and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure that software solutions are scalable secure and meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the codebase.
• Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
• Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Must have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
