Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in adopting agile practices and principles to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments or risks that may impact delivery.
- Ensure that the team adheres to agile best practices and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize CX-Scrum Master techniques to enhance customer experience and drive project success.
- Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Support the team in managing and refining the product backlog to ensure it reflects current priorities and business needs.
- Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve transparency.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope contributing to the overall success of the project.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Salesforce and CX-Scrum Master methodologies.
- Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully leading agile teams.
- Should be adept at identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Must have the ability to coach and mentor team members on agile practices.
- Should be proficient in using agile tools and techniques.
- Must have a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Should be able to facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Must have experience in managing and refining product backlogs.
- Should be committed to continuous improvement and agile best practices.
- Must be able to work in a day shift and does not require travel.
