Support the design and development of leadership development programs and/or services (such as content and materials development, presentations, vendor coordination) in partnership with program leads
Encourage defined program activities and processes, including meeting coordination, communications and websites, measurement implementation, as well as liaising with learning and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Track, maintain, and analyze participant and program data including attendance, participant progress as well as other metrics used to assess program effectiveness
Conduct research and summarize best practices on industry trends and innovative approaches in leadership development and adult learning principles; create recommendations based on these insights
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of recent experience in talent or leadership development, learning and development, or related field; relevant experience, internships, volunteer work, or coursework in learning or leadership development, human resources, or education is a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues as well as leaders
Profound proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, including the ability to perform basic to intermediate-level data manipulation and analysis
Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
