Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Apex and LS Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce implementations.
• Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and industry trends to incorporate best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Advance Salesforce Apex and LS Salesforce.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in cheminformatics R&D preclinical and clinical domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Possess a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
