Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using UiPath.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including process maps and business requirements documents.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Support the development and delivery of training materials for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
• Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in UiPath.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Show proficiency in creating detailed project documentation.
• Have experience in user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferably have domain experience in the Payer industry.
• Be capable of working in a hybrid work model.
• Operate effectively during day shifts.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
