Essential Functions of the Job:

• Develop, maintain, and improve Pricing or any excel tools.
• Use Excel functions and formulas to improve workflow, automate tasks and support decision-making.
• Create complex models in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Use VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate tasks, perform complex calculations, and interact with Office's other applications.
• Interface with various teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide Excel-based solutions.
• Provide technical support for developed Excel applications and troubleshoot any errors.
• Create user documentation and conduct training sessions for users on how to use the Excel applications.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Excel Developer role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and VBA.
• Working knowledge of advanced Excel features such as PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and tables and charts.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Costing and Pricing is plus.

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Ability to execute performance standards with a high degree of independence and autonomy
• Collaborate effectively with peers and colleagues across domain areas of sales, pricing, solution and commercial strategy design, development and execution
• Mentor less experienced team members to build a strong technical foundation and create exposure to the domains like price modelling, data structuring, and presentation

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field

Experience:

• 3-6+  years of experience in professional services environment preferrable in Tool development, testing and Maintenance.
• Expert proficiency in working with different tools related to Development.
