· Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing’s role in a professional services firm - marketing communications, channel strategy, demand generation, campaign management, operations, and impact measurement.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and activations across the funnel.
· Be a big-picture thinker with an ability to manage multiple and complex business priorities
· Ability to make connections in a highly matrixed environment, with a strong focus on finding synergies and driving integration
· Partner with US-based Strategic Marketers and the business to translate business and industry goals into marketing goals.
· Provide strategic recommendations on the types of content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics) that can effectively narrate and establish Deloitte as a thought leader in the respective issue or domain.
· Develop comprehensive content plans that outline the creation, distribution, and promotion of content to maximize reach and impact.
· Engage our in-house agency for successful campaign execution, collaborate on strategy and best practices, and oversee on-time and on-budget campaign delivery.
· Develop and report metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics.
· Optimize campaigns by understanding target outcomes to drive ongoing performance, monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting as needed to improve impact.
· Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
Qualifications and experience required:
· 7-9 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results.
· Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, marketing funnel, digital marketing, lead generation, channel strategy, social media promotion, and measuring ROI.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain consensus
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Project Management software); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of how to leverage events, sponsorships, social, digital, communications, and PR within omni-channel campaign development.
· Comfortable with some level of ambiguity to get the job done, problem solve, and make decisions as if you own the business.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think both strategically and execute tactically.
· Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in a large corporate setting and/or professional services is a plus.
· Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
· Master’s degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field
