Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee customer management processes ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Provide support in complaint management addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall workflow.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks performed.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in process execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Nice to have experience in customer management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Nice to have experience in complaint management effectively resolving customer issues.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
