In This Role, You Will
- Engage with Customers
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements.
- Suggest and implement tailored solutions to address their pain points.
- Configure, customize, troubleshoot, and enhance our core platform to exceed customer expectations.
- Solve tough problems
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues during customer implementations and ongoing usage.
- Own the entire lifecycle of issue management—from identification and triaging to resolution.
- When necessary, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure speedy and effective solutions.
- Continuously Improve (Kaizen)
- Drive enhancements across our tech stack to improve customer engagement and adoption.
- Be versatile across frontend, backend, databases, queues, and infrastructure to implement impactful changes.
- Proactively suggest innovations that elevate our platform and services.
- Write, review, and maintain clean, maintainable code, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in developing production-grade Python applications and building scalable, enterprise-grade software systems.
- Proven track record of working with complex full-stack systems, from backend services to responsive user interfaces, with cloud-native, distributed systems, with proficiency in technologies like AWS, GCP, containerization, and asynchronous messaging frameworks (e.g., RabbitMQ).
- Have a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering solutions that delight; have exceptional ability to manage client relationships with superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft elegant solutions; obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Have the startup mentality with readiness to wear multiple hats; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to hold strong opinions but remain humble and flexible, always open to learning and adapting.
