Responsibilities

Experience in Outbound or Inbound is must

MS Office Knowledge

Graduates except BE BTech BCA MCA MBAMSc Undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered Manage inboundoutbound calls from clients in the US

Experience in B2B Collections

Manage initial dispute resolution process escalate unresolved disputes to appropriate teams for resolution

Create manage tickets for various activities such as refund and reapplication etc

Deactivation and Reactivation of accounts

Work on declined credit cards ACHS for all customers

Maintain Client Relationship

Excellent interpersonal skills 6 months to 2 Year of Experience in Voice will be preferred

BCOMBBMBSCBA PUC6 Months of Relevant Experience
