Job Description

  • Support and manage JIRA reporting and contribute to the evolution of JIRA standards/best practices in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Support Product Directors and Managers in prioritization and ensuring capacity assessments and current prioritization statuses are captured accurately.
  • Facilitate Product Kickoff ceremonies and other forums to develop and maintain robust communication cross-functionally throughout the product development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience leading and/or coordinating with large teams of Product and Project teams cross-functionally.
  • Collaborative – our role is largely relationship-driven, working internally with Product, Design, and Engineering, and externally with partners and stakeholders.
  • Results-minded & resourceful – with an appreciation of how to build products.
  • Analytical – ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic – must be excited about the digital space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
  • Strategic thinker – ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
  • Detail oriented & organized – active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Fun and outgoing – we’re looking for someone who can contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred



Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
