Job Description
- Support and manage JIRA reporting and contribute to the evolution of JIRA standards/best practices in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support Product Directors and Managers in prioritization and ensuring capacity assessments and current prioritization statuses are captured accurately.
- Facilitate Product Kickoff ceremonies and other forums to develop and maintain robust communication cross-functionally throughout the product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading and/or coordinating with large teams of Product and Project teams cross-functionally.
- Collaborative – our role is largely relationship-driven, working internally with Product, Design, and Engineering, and externally with partners and stakeholders.
- Results-minded & resourceful – with an appreciation of how to build products.
- Analytical – ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
- Proactive and enthusiastic – must be excited about the digital space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
- Strategic thinker – ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
- Detail oriented & organized – active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
