About Instrumentation Team
We enable stakeholders to tell their business impact stories through data-driven insights. We provide end–to-end solutions across the data to insights journey
- Generate insights out of data and provide actionable recommendations to business
- Partner with stakeholders to identify their business needs and build/leverage analytical solutions that best address their needs
- Provides end-to-end support around data analysis, data visualization, data science, data reporting and data storytelling
- Provide support to manage the integrity of processes, tools, and data
- Ideal candidate is someone who has 4-8 years of experience in insight generation and storytelling, presentation of analytical findings to different audience groups, and development of analytical reporting
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
- Demonstrates the ability to work through ambiguity with appropriate guidance
- Understands and identifies trends in data sets and relates them to business objectives
- Contributes toward project scoping and defining business questions in complex projects
- Supports collaborative projects and works with other data owners to deliver insights
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and organizational skills
- Make sense of the data to uncover insights that can drive actions and measurable outcomes.
- Intellectually curious and comfortable utilizing different systems and techniques to analyze data
- Use data analysis skills to clearly present complex information in a simple manner, discern business meaning, and recommend evidence-backed actions to stakeholders to influence optimization across marketing assets
- Passion to provide actionable recommendations using analytical techniques to drive ROI for marketing programs
- Understanding of the marketing funnel. Develop reports to meet the insights/analytics needs of brand and Marketing Professionals.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for industries and accounts, marketing campaigns, test and measurement design and post-campaign analysis
- Collaboratively identifies the best means to visually depict the intermediate, as well as final, data analytics results to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and prioritize projects
- Ability to build rapport with clients and persuasive skills to promote and defend the design concept for the problem
- Demonstrates an understanding of Deloitte’s solutions, services, and offerings in all deliverables
Skillsets required:
- Strong storytelling and insight generation skills
- Excellent business written & oral communication skills
- Ability to identify pattern in data and convey the trends in a meaningful way
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel)
- Strong analytical thinking (including application of GenAI), data visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of a broad set of marketing activities: Campaigns, Marketing funnel, lead gen, events, digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing etc.
- Good Client management and relationship building abilities.
- Self-starter capable of regularly learning new technologies, as the market demands, while managing the workload of consistent high-profile project deliverables built for firm thought leaders
- Ability to work well in in-person and remote team situations
- Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics
- Intermediate level understanding of relational databases (query building, database analysis) and of Business Intelligence tools/technologies (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Leverage data visualization techniques and tools (Tableau) to build/design/implement solutions and create visualizations
