Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering (e.g. engineering, software engineering, computer science, etc.) or related field.
· A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in systems, software and hardware testing, integration and operational support. FAA experience is a plus.
· Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language.
· Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task.
· Detailed-oriented mindset and proficiency in researching and analyzing highly technical information and systems.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
· Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as, the ability to identify and resolve issues.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills.
· Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
· Provide expertise in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
· Has broad knowledge of engineering procedures and provides expertise in the application of state-of-the-art technology to meet mission requirements.
Create and update test procedures and create AIMS trouble tickets as necessary.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
