What You’ll Do

Contribute to research and advanced development that can be transferred to FireFly training/data platform.

Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and interpretable modeling algorithms that can work with large-scale data in production systems.

What You Need to Succeed

Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering; or equivalent experience required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026

1+ years of experience in computer vision, natural language processing, or machine learning.

Experience in Generative AI and/or agentic LLM.

Proficient in Python and PyTorch.

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45.00 -- $61.00 hourly.
