What You'll Be Doing.....
- Lead the design process for all innovation-focused projects, translating strategic concepts into visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences.
- Develop experimental design concepts, prototypes, and assets that push creative boundaries and support new product launches, campaigns, and interactive experiences.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to ideate and conceptualise designs that align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative digital campaign ideas, drawing on the latest design trends, technologies, and creative concepts.
- Create mood boards, style guides, and visual assets for new initiatives, translating broad ideas into concrete visual elements.
What experience do you need to apply?
- 3-5 years in digital design, preferably within an e-commerce, innovation lab, or creative agency environment.
- A strong interest in exploring the transformative potential of AI technologies to enhance customer experiences.
- Proven portfolio showcasing innovative digital projects, including web, social media, and email campaigns (please attach with your application if able).
- Demonstrated experience in creative concept development and designing for forward-thinking, experimental projects.
- Advanced skills in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and prototyping.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative design solutions.

We have a hybrid working environment and have locations in Barley Wood (just outside of Bristol in a beautiful rural location that we like to call our 'Nature Home') and then we have our London Hub based above our amazing Neal Street store. Whilst you'll be able to be home based most of your working week you will need to come to these locations for team meetings, company gatherings and ad hoc days. It's also a great way to hang out with colleagues and build relationships.
