Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer billing inquiries and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Authorize customer billing invoices and adjustments to maintain financial integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize business process frameworks to standardize and streamline workflows across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with business users.
  • Create detailed documentation including process maps use cases and functional specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to leverage Pega technology to drive business value and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Pega business process management and its application in various business scenarios.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega business agility to help the organization respond effectively to market changes.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining Pega business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • Show proficiency in business process frameworks to standardize and optimize workflows.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer billing inquiries and reports.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document business requirements.
  • Be proficient in English with the ability to read write and speak effectively.
  • Have a background in customer billing and invoice adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
