Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN certification (or other similar operations coursework).
3 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
3 years of experience managing vendors and extended workforce providers.
Experience in creating, revamping Quality framework and improvements.
Experience using tech and analytics tools, with knowledge on SQL.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Measurement, and Attribution products.
Responsibilities
Drive quality operations with vendor partners, provide input into quality workflow design in collaboration with relevant teams enabling noise-free quality and customer experience.
Translate business requirements into measurable outcomes through quality evaluation, decipher the language of the business including financials, market trends, growth strategy, competition, and direction.
Lead stakeholder management in a cross-functional and global multicultural environment.
Inform and influence strategic tools roadmaps by collaborating with the relevant cross-functional teams and see them through to execution and impact.
