Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for products within the Cards & Payments domain to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium and Core Java.
• Provide expertise in TPH to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and accurate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Conduct thorough functional regression and performance testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases.
• Ensure all testing activities are documented and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues and recommending solutions.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality and testability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring our products are reliable secure and meet customer expectations.
