Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze key business requirements and identify KPIs, business drivers etc.

• Coordinate effectively with architects, technical team, and business team to convert business requirements into technical stories as well as deliver on iPlus features.

• Develop end to end business understanding as well as System architecture to better support Business needs

• Design and implement Varicent workflows, rules, and calculations to meet business needs and ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines.

• Drive complete User Acceptance Testing starting from scenario identification to complete execution.

• Identify and deliver on future looking features to drive better customer experience.

• Your duties will involve the troubleshooting of data issues, creating reports, working with the team at aspect of the incentives process.

• To ensure all payouts go out on time and error-free

Skills/Capabilities Functional:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in resolving and optimizing complex business problems using Varicent ICM

• Must have detailed business knowledge around the incentives process and business rules (ramifications of exceptions)

• Understanding of sales performance management domain

• Expertise in design / development / Testing (SIT/UAT/QAT) i.e. all stages of SDLC

• Knowledge of User experience principles

• Experience of End-to-End Software Product Solution implementation

• Experience of User story drafting (Agile perspective)


Preferred:

· Exposure to other Incentive platforms like Callidus, Anaplan etc.

· Experience in Data analytics and Automation
