Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program/project management.
Experience working with teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience with program management fundamentals (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute program charters, plans, and timelines.
Implement project management tools and methodologies for effective execution, setting priorities, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.
Set up regular execution rhythms such as weekly status meetings and monthly progress reviews.
Create a communication strategy, establish necessary communication channels, and oversee communication to bring visibility to teams, executives, and stakeholders.
Drive the execution of the cross-functional program and key decisions to keep the program on track.
