Responsibilities:
• Network Design and Deployment:
o Lead the design, deployment, and management of Telco, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Cloud, Network Virtualization, Telco Cloud, and Private Network services.
o Maintain network DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to implement and support network and feature releases.
o Ensure end-to-end (E2E) visibility and control over network operations and Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.
o Develop and implement network strategies that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• SDN Operations and Lifecycle Management:
o Demonstrate deep understanding of SDN operations, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
o Manage the lifecycle of SDN solutions, from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Network Virtualization and Telco Cloud:
o Design and implement network virtualization solutions to enhance network efficiency and flexibility.
o Develop and manage Telco Cloud infrastructure to support scalable and resilient network services.
• Private Networks:
o Design and deploy private network solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
o Ensure the security and performance of private networks through continuous monitoring and optimization.
• Industry Innovation and Vendor Ecosystem:
o Stay abreast of industry innovations and emerging trends in the network space.
o Provide insights into the evolving vendor ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
o Develop and maintain documentation related to network design, deployment, and operations.
• Consulting and Client Engagement:
o Utilize core consulting skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored network solutions.
o Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers, partners and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful project delivery to meet client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills / Project Experience:
• Technical Expertise:
o Deep understanding of telecommunications, SDN operations, and lifecycle management.
o Proficiency in designing and managing Telco, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Cloud, Network Virtualization, Telco Cloud, and Private Network services.
o Extensive knowledge of industry standards and specifications like TMForum, MEF, ETSI, etc.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
o Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
o Proven problem-solving abilities to address complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
• Project Management:
o Experience in managing network projects from inception to completion.
