Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
• Provide guidance and support to the testing team ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure the proper documentation of test results and defects facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize Labvantage Labware and other LIMS systems to conduct thorough testing and validation.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks particularly using Robot Framework.
• Monitor and report on testing progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Labvantage Labware and other LIMS systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing using Robot Framework.
• Have experience in Research and Development Medical Devices Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Data Models.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Display a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Certifications Required

Certified Software Tester (CSTE) ISTQB Certified Tester
