ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data reporting; including the development of programs, methodologies and files for interpretation of data and the development of recommendations based on the findings.
Perform routine data analysis using various techniques (ex. statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data mining)
Provide support in applying technical and business process expertise through the collection and reporting of organizational metrics.
Identify business opportunities where problems can be solved with data
Data mining from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
Design, develop and maintain reports and visual dashboards.
Educate and empower key business users to design, develop and maintain reports and visual dashboards to drive data influenced business decisions.
Understand the reference and conceptual architecture of a data warehouse infrastructure
Actively monitor, analyze and report on data to business performance goals. Managing daily-weekly-monthly reporting to bring trends, challenges, and recommendations to management’s attention.
Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards; Help to produce ad hoc reports and routine monthly reporting with data interpretation, conveying information that can be used in decision making
Work with Business Analysts to provide technical guidance and design for project and data requests
Identify the relevant sources of data from which to draw information.
Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to translate needs into data reports, data insights, and extracts.
Maintain processes for ensuring data accuracy and current relevance and representation.
Performs other duties as assigned

Passion for leveraging and interpreting data to drive significant business impact
Effective communication skills both verbal and written to communicate complex findings and ideas in logical, easy to understand and actionable language.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines.
A team player with the ability and desire to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries
Strong knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, charting and databases
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Microsoft O365 (ex. SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams), Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar knowledge required
Able to be highly confidential.
Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively.
Good problem solving and analytical skills along with strong organizational and research skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience as an analyst supporting marketing functions and initiatives with 1 year in Business Intelligence and Analytics preferred
Knowledge of statistical tools like R, SAS, SPSS or Excel Add ins (Data Analysis/Solver) or similar is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
Must be comfortable working in a highly critical, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
