Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless offboarding experience for employees.
Process all necessary paperwork and documentation related to offboarding, including Relieving Letters, exit clearances, and final settlements.
Maintain accurate records and databases of employee offboarding information.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws during the offboarding process.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding offboarding procedures, policies, and best practices.
Manage offboarding-related queries and concerns from employees and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, with a focus on offboarding processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of best practices and trends in offboarding processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
Experience using HR software or HRIS systems for offboarding processes, if any.
