Qualifications
Manage and maintain the Exchange Server environment ensuring mail flow data integrity and user access.
Configure mailboxes distribution groups and other Exchange features.
Troubleshoot Exchange issues and provide technical support to users.
Integrating and customizing Microsoft 365 services and features with other applications and systems such as SharePoint 365 etc.
Creating and maintaining documentation and best practices for Microsoft 365 services and features.
Creating and managing Microsoft 365 tenants domains and subscriptions.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance availability and health of Microsoft 365 services.
SharePoint knowledge
Have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.
Be adaptable to working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Provide exceptional support and service to users and IT staff.
Demonstrate strong documentation and organizational skills.
