Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
  
• Experience in C++ programming language and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, Object Storage and Cloud Storage).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and reliable back-end services that have demanding performance requirements.
• Own the development and execution of sub modules, fostering innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Architect and maintain high-quality and well-documented code bases.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the team's output meets standards.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical growth and career development.
