Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the design of equipment, systems, or installations or modifies the pre-engineered designs for assignments by applying standard design concepts. Each day, you will assist in designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.• Ensuring that Bill of Materials for the project meets contractual obligations.• Assisting technical risk assessments and implements the resulting actions in their projects.• Participating in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.Our team dynamicsYou will join talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• You are engaged in design and development of MV switchgear products in the switchgear industry
• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in design and development of circuit breaker & switchgear panels
• Highly adept in software like AutoCad 3D, Solidworks 3D and SAP
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English
