Job Description
The External Innovation Data Entry Analyst performs day-to-day leads management and supports the organization’s long-term business goals for emerging technology platforms.The roles and responsibilities include:
- Collect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem.
- Data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database).
- The candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several commitments simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
- The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several commitments simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
- The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Good experience with various LMS, CRM tools (Salesforce/ HubSpot/ Microsoft Dynamics) data collection and management.
- Collect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem.
- Data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database).
- Assist in maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of our data systems.
- Manage inquiries and requests for assistance for the Leads Management System in a timely manner. Take responsibility for training and roll-out of this key information management tool to key functional areas in R&D.
- Ensure that quality assurance standards for data entry are adhered to by database users.
Qualifications
- Good with repetitive tasks and doing things with high quality (attention to detail).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools (particularly Excel and SharePoint) including manipulating data (filtering, queries, etc.) to extract critical info.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
- Friendly yet professional demeanor to conduct calls with internal associates and capture input.
- A pro-active nature to include a flexible approach to hours of work and location of duties
- Excellent project management skills
- Programming experience is beneficial - SQL
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to science or IT, is required for this position.
- Good communication skills - English
- Stakeholder management skills - Working with different teams and to be able to conduct calls with internal associates and capture input.
- Good with repetitive tasks and doing things with high quality (attention to detail).
- Solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function.
- Flexible working hours (work day ends at 11:30 am CST)
