Job Description
This is a full-time position in the Deloitte Advisory Discovery Software Engineering team that focuses on the execution and development of various software development projects. This is a hands-on technical role that will help design and implement application solutions in a very collaborative, team-oriented manner, following the Scrum development process.
The key job responsibiliti es will be to:
- Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
- Converts client requirements into operational work requests, monitor progress, and proactively updates client and project team stakeholders on deadlines.
- Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verifying and communicating routinely with both the client and internal teams.
- Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients, and when client issues arise escalates to the project lead or their manager.
- Ensures that an up to date record is maintained about the status of all projects being worked on, and that all project- or client-specifi c workflow is documented.
- Ensures continuity of client service between shifts by providing clear handoffs and client updates
- Builds relationships with stakeholders and project teams to effectively manage and deliver quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, nimbleness and well organized, self-directed and a team player.
- Ability to quickly learn customized proprietary software.
- Demonstrated success in working on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Information governance and document retention in the context of e-discovery
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3-6 years of eDiscovery experience.
- Strong Knowledge of e-Discovery tools (i.e. Relativity, eCapture, Concordance and Nuix)
- Ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in an efficient manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solvin g skills required with preferred knowledge of analysis tools such as advanced Excel.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriente d, flexible, and able to work independently
- A polished and sophisticated presence which is effective at in-person client meetings.
- Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects under time sensitive deadlines
- Handle business matters with tact, diplomacy and confidentialit y.
- Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a "White glove" approach to service.
- Consensus builder, collaborative, flexible thinking and agile.
Preferred Skills
- Primary Skills: Relativity, eCapture, Concordance and Nuix.
- 2-4 years of eDiscovery experience.
