Responsibilities

As the Developer Relations Manager, you will serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) of a multi-disciplinary team, spearheading developer engagement strategies that align with both regional and global objectives. Your role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of local developer ecosystems to drive impactful initiatives across community building, marketing, and technical advocacy. Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 2+ years in a customer-facing or developer community facing role
• 3+ years of experience in people management and leading cross functional teams
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and the developer ecosystem

• Leading and mentoring a diverse team of Community Managers, Field Developer Marketing Managers, and Developer Advocates
• Crafting and executing comprehensive developer engagement strategies tailored to regional needs
• Collaborating closely with global and regional developer relations leadership, sales leadership, field marketing teams, and cross-functional partners
• Overseeing community engagement efforts and guiding localized marketing campaigns
