What you will do: We are seeking a Program Manager to own the business operations, customer feedback, and scaling for a new shopping experience. You will work with talented scientists, engineers, UX designers, program managers, and product managers to innovate on behalf of our customers. The right person has deep technical knowledge, high levels of customer obsession, is comfortable with a high-level of ambiguity. The ideal candidate has demonstrated a strong ability to build repeatable and scalable processes, and is an independent operator skilled at aligning resources and working cross-team to deliver on behalf of our customers. You will build experiences across surfaces (desktop, mobile app, voice, etc.).

What you will learn: You should already be an excellent communicator, written and verbal, but we will make you an even better one. You will also develop expertise in cutting edge science and technology across the ecommerce industry.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
