Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members
- Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team
- Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products
- Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time
- Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework
- Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel optimization
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Finance or Operations Research preferred. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
- Preference to MBA and Post graduate candidates
- Good knowledge of GCS Business, expertise in T&E industry domain preferred
- Mandatory skills – Python & Machine Learning
- Good to have – Generative AI
Experience
- Prior experience in analytics, ML & AI role
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams in Product management, Marketing, compliance/legal and third parties to drive results and business outcomes
- Strong story telling skills, leadership communication, influencing skills.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward
