• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

• Manage the life cycle of network elements and associated configurations.
• Maintain and update back office system data records.
• Provide technical support to customers for activations and configuration adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to analyze and interpret network performance data.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
• This position is based at our Jaipur office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
