Job Description
Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Financial & Discriminatory Advertising Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
- Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analyze data to identify advertiser trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding financial-advertising compliance or discriminatory content
- Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
- 2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
- Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
- Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
- Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R
- Avid user of our platform of products
- Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
