Responsibilities

• Analyze data using MS Excel to generate meaningful insights and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver accurate results.
• Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Provide support in data collection validation and analysis for various projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data analysis methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis findings.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Utilize domain knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech to enhance data analysis processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand their data needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Support the team in troubleshooting data-related issues and finding solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrate domain knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Be willing to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.
