Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support our existing ML customer base to resolve their complex production issues
- Experiment with AI/ML technologies in order to support CRM-centric predictive decision-making process implementation
- Focus on software fault tolerance to compensate for inevitable outages in the cloud
- Guide our customers in their data-driven application adoption journey
- Willingness to learn new/existing technologies & topics and develop enterprise-grade data-driven applications
- Work in a rapid prototype and agile development environment with a result-driven mindset
- Develop and put the ML models in production to serve multiple enterprise customers
- Perform product design, modeling, implementation, and testing
Requirements:
- Willingness to interact with customers and passion to solve the issues reported by them
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Java)
- Very strong SQL knowledge
- Very strong data exploration, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering skills
- Familiarity with libraries scikit-learn, pytorch, spaCy, pandasql, catboost etc.
- Strong NLP technology knowledge (production-grade application implementation experience)
- Strong focus on delivering business values to customers
- Familiarity with TDD and tools like GitHub, Jira etc.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g. Docker, K8S etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP technologies is a plus (SAP AI Core)
- CRM functional domain knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI
