Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Ramon, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 15 years of Information Technology experience

Experience with Semiconductor Industry

Pre-sales and Proposal development experience in the Semiconductor and embedded systems domain

Responsible for planning and execution of strategic and tactical projects

Client engagement, ability to articulate value proposition and position Infosys services in the areas of Front-end & Back-end Silicon design, IP development, post silicon validation & embedded system development

Identify new market opportunities, assess market trends, devise strategies and advise the Infosys Engineering leadership

Participate in customer meetings and workshops to develop opportunities in the Semiconductor domain

Participate in opportunity pipeline reviews along with the sales teams and devise proactive pursuit strategies

Collaborate with Alliance partners and vendors to deliver innovative solutions to customers

Ability to address specific customer problems and develop and evaluate multiple solution options

Carry out high level project sizing and oversight for execution by internal teams or external vendors

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong expectation management, influencing and conflict resolution skills

Proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization

Skill and desire to motivate teams and coach junior members of the team

Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
