Your Role and Responsibilities
- Content Localization and Roll-Out: Localize and deploy website content across 45-50 markets based on English master content.
- Ensure content is culturally relevant and appropriately localized for each market.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed content calendar for publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content releases.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct QA and testing of new content and feature localizations, including campaigns and ongoing website updates.
- Identify and resolve any localization issues to maintain high standards of content quality.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training for markets on CMS and localization tools, including Storyblock and user rights management.
- Support daily troubleshooting requests from various markets, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework and certifications in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, graphic design, and multimedia production
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital strategy.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
