Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently.
• Learn and become proficient in various EY tools, technologies, and databases to perform validations supporting the quality review process.
• Take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies as you gain experience in the process.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage process deadlines to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to perform a self-review of results before submission to project managers.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Highly motivated with the capability to perform on multiple projects.
• Effective planning and organization skills to manage own workload.
• Education and Experience:
• M.B.A or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
• Relevant experience in assurance, tax, or a related support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with audit processes and risk management is advantageous.
