Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with internal customers, assisting them with engagement management tasks and requests.
• Set up new engagements in SAP and process adjustments/amendments as required.
• Generate work-in-progress (WIP) reports, both recurring and ad hoc.
• Assist in engagement management, reporting, and analysis.
• Raise client invoices and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service level agreements.
• Adhere to quality, risk, and security guidelines while maintaining accurate records of activities.
• Stay updated on professional development to provide high-quality support.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ERP basics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
