Your Impact
CRT primary role is to help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products. When customers face issues, CRT steps in to directly support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
Your Team
Be a member of the IoT CRT dev team. This team supports and fixes customer issues in IoT Product
Your Day-to-Day
Interact with TS, TPM and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues and submit issues. This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.
