Job Description
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Support for operations and handling of incidents.
- Compliance: Keep an eye out for and address device configuration compliance issues.
- Standardization: Establish and preserve uniform setups, protocols, and rules for setting up and running data networks.
- Carry out initial network troubleshooting.
- System maintenance involves updating the firmware and operating system on routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other devices in line with the requirements of the business.
- Examining device and circuit capacities, capacity planning makes recommendations for the Global Network Manager.
- In order to install, commission, test, and/or troubleshoot new circuits, communicate with the ISP and carriers.
- Occasional on-call work: two days on average every six weeks.

- Capacity to swiftly get knowledgeable about novel or unfamiliar technologies and items by utilizing online resources and documentation.
- An equivalent education or training in computer science, IT, or engineering, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience: Between zero and two years.
- Willing to travel if necessary for the project.
- Excellent knowledge of network hardware and equipment.
- Capacity to analyze issues and picture potential solutions.
- Possessing an understanding of application transport and network infrastructure protocols, as well as the ability to install, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Capacity to produce precise network diagrams and documentation for network communication system design and planning.
- Offers precise and comprehensive details to aid in the selection of both software and hardware.
- Certified/trained CCNA
- It is necessary to possess expertise in designing, implementing, and debugging the following technologies: LAN: VLANs, Cisco IOS/Nexus switching.
