Required Education: Commerce degree graduate

The key skills required:

  • Excellent customer service skills, whilst demonstrating a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions.
  • Experience/Knowledge of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Must have a supportive team player attitude who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed team targets.
  • Required to always project a professional image of ESS.
  • Follows appropriate policies and processes, with a good understanding of risk.
  • Is open, receptive, and adaptable to change, whilst also demonstrating integrity and a can-do attitude.
  • Be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
  • Has the ability to act with urgency when necessary.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient English communication (both Verbal and Written).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

The Team:

The USI team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization  with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:

  • Develop strong knowledge on various regions, office locations and business units to better understand client requirements and assist.
  • Setting up new engagements in SAP
  • Processing amendments/adjustments on an Engagement
  • Generating WIP (work in progress) reports recurring/adhoc based
  • Engagement management, reporting and analysis.
  • Raising client Invoices.
  • Always ensure accuracy, clarifying issues within team prior to delivery as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Adhere to Quality, Risk & Security guidelines.
  • Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
  • Maintain own continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and of a high quality.
