Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of Fieldglass with both SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM Recruitment modules to enhance the hiring process.
• Provide technical expertise in Workday HCM Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage Human Capital Management (SaaS HCM) systems to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integrations and customizations.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to HR teams on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve HR systems.
• Work closely with business performance management teams to align HR systems with organizational goals.
• Utilize domain skills in merchandising to support relevant HR processes and strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Fieldglass Integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP HCM Recruitment modules.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Payroll.
• Show proficiency in managing Human Capital Management (SaaS HCM) systems.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have experience in business performance management and merchandising is a plus.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and security.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
• Have a proven track record of leading technical projects successfully.
