You will manage the processing of new submissions and re-submissions to include record creation, download, install, and test digital content to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar. Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our game selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive creation of test plans and test cases
- Efficiently execute test cases across all functional and performance of game catalog
- Interpret and report testing results, and be an advocate for quality in every phase of the game release
- Work with development teams to define testing protocols for new features as they are designed and developed.
- Provide additional cross- functional test support for other team members
- Use software tools for QA, fix up and data capture on a daily basis
- Be proactive in identify issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stake holders and escalation of issue and providing status reports
- Contribute toward continuous team process improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QA role
- Good understanding of formal test case design techniques.
- Ability to write, execute and maintain test cases for the feature.
- Ability to clearly report defects and communicate to stakeholders in defect triage/test summary report.
