Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience using web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Multiple years of experience with TypeScript required.
• 2+ years of experience using back-end languages such as Java, Python, Spring.
• Must have experience leading a small team of engineers on a fast-paced, modern tech stack.
• Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Travel not expected for this project.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret level Security Clearance required for this role.

Preferred:

• Additional experience using Next.JS and integrating with a Node-based middleware.
• Web Engineering and Web Accessibility experience required.
• Experience integrating with WordPress and a bespoke component library.
• Agile development on a scrum team experience, using Agile project management tools (JIRA), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Experience creating and consuming APIs that meet performance and security requirements 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Salesforce DX and Git
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
