In this role, you will maintain a high bar for our pricing quality to surprise and delight our customers across both instore and online channels. You will work cross-functionally with Category Managers, Marketing, Program Managers, and Support teams to deliver best-in-class value across the grocery space.
Key job responsibilities
-Lead proactive quality audits to deliver an excellent customer experience
-Build roadmaps and uncover opportunities to improve pricing quality and effectiveness
-Execute manual corrective actions and design automated mechanisms to prevent pricing errors
-Contribute to director level pricing reviews to report on the quality of our plans
-Consult with strategy teams to ensure all initiatives meet a high bar for quality
-Partner with BI & Product teams to inform on tool or data improvements needed
- 3+ years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
- 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in pricing and promotions project/program management
