Technical/Functional Skills

• Lead and manage the migration process from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Dynatrace SaaS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and support to team members on Dynatrace SaaS.
• Monitor, automate, and improve the reliability, performance, and availability of IT applications.
• Set up proactive and reactive alerts to prevent incidents.
• Build and maintain system health dashboards and end-user monitoring dashboards.
• Work with infrastructure tools like Terraform, Azure PaaS, and Kubernetes.
