Responsibilities
- Efficient process skills, result driven, and attention to detail
- Execute and evolve existing frameworks for release of Xbox products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, design, and quality to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Highlight issues/risks and manage them through resolution to ensure on-time, at quality releases
- Facilitate regular ship room meetings and own release tracking dashboards in Azure DevOps
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and changes in scope

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Software release management skills: understanding of release management best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and product managers
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience with Git, Azure, Jenkins or any other CI/CD Tools
Technical Program Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $81,900 - $160,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations
