KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, facilitating, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for Honeywell in the Corporate sector

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful social media marketing initiatives

• Oversee and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

• Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide strategic insights for optimization

• Identify trends and opportunities in the social media landscape to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry advancements

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget

• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media technologies, platforms, and best practices, evaluating their potential for Honeywell's marketing efforts

• Present social media strategies, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

 

YOU MUST HAVE

 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

• Experience managing and mentoring a team of social media specialists

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven choices

• Excellent guidance, communication, and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
